EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
*The return and refund policy only applies to products purchased through our official website.
1.1 DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event of a faulty product, you must email us within 14 days of receiving your order and send us a picture clearly showing the fault in order to verify that the product is indeed faulty.
In the event that the defective product has to be sent to the warehouse, Altalanga Azienda Agricola will bear the shipping costs. As soon as it is verified that the product is defective, the refund or exchange will be made to the User in question.
1.2 WRONG ORDER
If you receive an order that does not correspond to the one you purchased, you must contact Altalanga Azienda Agricola within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you have received with the respective reference in the package, the payment receipt and shipping. We will give you a solution once we verify the content.
In the event that the product has to be sent to the warehouse, Altalanga Azienda Agricola will bear the shipping costs. When it is verified that the order was wrong, the refund or exchange will be made to the User in question.
The product must not have been used and must be sent in its original packaging with the box and any accompanying labels.
1.3 ORDER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
To carry out exchanges or returns, it will be necessary to send the product to the offices of Altalanga Azienda Agricola. The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 days from receipt of the order. 1.4 REFUND TIMES
Once the parcel has been returned to our offices or warehouses, it is processed before proceeding to approve the refund. The product must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the order, must not have been used and must be delivered in its original packaging with the box and any accompanying labels.
If approved, a full refund of the price of the goods will be issued within 7 working days and you will be notified of the transaction by email. Once your refund has been issued, you may receive it within 5-10 business days.
